Who owns what

We buy and set up your domain for you at the start — a one-off £15, first year included, renewals handled after that. Prefer the domain in your own name? Just say — we'll register it to you instead. Your content — your words, photos and logo — is always yours.

Leaving is clean

Cancel any time, no reason needed. Your paid month runs to the end, then the site comes down — no future charges, no cancellation fee, no contract. Want a copy of your site on the way out? Just ask. No hard feelings, come back whenever.

What we do, what you do

We handle the domain, hosting, SSL, the build, SEO, edits and upkeep. You send us your details and photos, tell us what you'd like changed, and pay monthly. That's the whole arrangement.

Your data, simply

Do I need to register with the ICO? The quick, honest answer.

If your site just shows your business and lets people call, email or WhatsApp you — our standard £14.99 sites — you're usually exempt. Nothing to register, nothing to pay. That's because you're only keeping a customer's details to do the job and send an invoice, which is allowed without a fee.

You'd only normally pay the small ICO fee (£52/year) if your site stores customer data for you — like an online shop, a booking system, or a customer login. If that's the site you want, we set it up properly and tell you straight.

One important thing: being fee-exempt doesn't mean you can ignore data rules — you still look after your customers' details responsibly, and we build your site that way by default (privacy policy included).

Get a letter from the ICO? Don’t worry — it’s a reminder to check, not a bill. You can confirm your status free in a couple of minutes at ico.org.uk — don’t pay any agency to “do it for you”; it’s free and quick direct.
